The Waterplex I-Flex Flexitank is a food-grade bladder tank that is designed to provide reliable and flexible short and long term storage for food manufacturers with limited permanent storage capacity. Additionally, the tank is ideal for managing liquids with uncertain supply and demand patterns beyond existing storage capacity. The storage requirement may be either at the manufacturing location or at the customer's premises. The I-Flex can be made to almost any capacity up to 75,000 litres, depending on the storage requirement and the available space.

Our I-Flex is made from the same materials as our bulk liquid transport flexitanks that are used to ship up to 27,000 litres of liquid in shipping containers. It has a durable two-ply polyethylene film with a UV-resistant polypropylene outer layer. Relatively lightweight, this flexitank bladder is supplied packaged at a fraction of its final storage capacity. The bladder tank can be easily and quickly deployed at short notice with little ground preparation and can also be manifolded together to increase storage capacity. When manifolded, it is possible to use valves to allow effective batch management of liquid food products and oils, ensuring that the "first product in" is the "first product out." It is also an ideal emergency water storage solution that can be easily transported to required locations and deployed to provide potable drinking water storage at short notice.
