This durable loadbinder is designed to provide you with a way to gradually and seemingly effortlessly tighten or loosen the chains holding down your load whilst being able to position the handle in either direction. The components of the loadbinder work together to increase the force that is manually applied to the chain, offering steadier loading and unloading that reduces stress and strain on the operator's body. This ratchet loadbinder is comprised of a folding handle with ball detent that locks securely in both up & down positions, pawl with 3 gears, rubber-coated barrel for improved grip & durability and has a pair of winged grab hooks that all work flawlessly together to ensure that your load is securely contained. The winged grab hooks are engineered from forged and tempered steel for greater strength, and the cradles on both sides of the outer jaws prevent any deformation to the chain during the tensioning process.
